Dean French is a United States Marine Corps veteran. He was honorably discharged in October 2002 as a non-commissioned officer holding the rank of Sergeant. Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University in 1997.
Upon graduation he started his career in the construction industry. Dean has worked as a customer service representative, superintendent, project manager, operations manager, and inspector/business owner. His greatest satisfaction comes from providing the necessary tools for his employees to succeed and become industry leaders.
He currently is certified as a Residential Combination Inspector through the International Code Council, Post Tension Institute Level 2 Field Inspector, and Original Construction Elevation Compulevel through OCE of Texas.
Stephanie England is the Chief Financial Officer at French Inspection. Stephanie began her career with French Inspection in 2010. Stephanie holds an Associates in Business Administration that has served her well within her position. Her desire to continue gaining knowledge has allowed her to learn so much in her position within the company. She has been a vital role in the foundation of the company and hopes to continue that for many years to come.
She is mom of 3 kids and can be found spending her weekends at the baseball fields or on the rugby pitch. She loves to travel more than anything! Travel provides her with the freedom she thrives on and the ability to learn about things she may never have experienced before.
Lauryn is Head of our Scheduling Department here at French Inspection. She has been with the company for 2 years. Outside of the office you will likely catch her out on the golf course, fishing, or hunting!
Ann is our scheduler for French Inspection. She is a Texas Native, and she is a wife and mother of 2 girls. She enjoys traveling, fishing, swimming and spending time with friends and family!
Cory Barnes is our Director of Energy Services. He is a Marine Corps veteran, proudly serving from 2014-2018. He was stationed in Japan during most of his service. After joining our team, Cory obtained his HERS Modeling and Rater certification and began his journey through energy compliance inspections. He has a commitment to soaking up as much of the industry as possible.
Cory enjoys spending his off time relaxing at home with his dog Xena, working out at the gym and getting in some video game time.
