After spending most of his career working in the building and construction service industry for some well-known builders, coupled with 20+ years in the concrete business, Dean French founded French Inspection in 2006. Dean knew he loved the industry he had dedicated so much of his time and service to, but also knew he wanted to do something different with the vast amount of experience and knowledge he had gained. Realizing he had built a strong network and trusted reputation in the industry, he discovered there was a need for dependable, local, residential inspectors, and partnered with his first engineering company.
Always looking at future growth opportunities and fulfilling customer needs, 2011 brought commercial inspections, 2016 real-estate inspections and in 2017, French Inspection acquired its first company. Starting out only doing pre-pour inspections, the company now performs a wide range of inspection services: residential phase, commercial, energy, and real estate services in Houston, Dallas, Ft.
